Hi,

We are Lauren and Jimmy the owners of miko’s playhouse. We are so excited to bring the play cafe concept to Lafayette. While living in Austin, TX for almost two years prior to moving back to Lafayette, we found a local imaginative play based indoor playground that served cold brew and coffee. The play space was so unique and unlike anything we’d ever seen. I loved this concept so much and wanted to know more, after researching I found so many more play cafes and connected with lots of owners all over the U.S. to learn from and share ideas with. We’ve visited so many play cafes and worked so hard to create a space that is comfortable, inviting, and of course FUN!

Our goal is to provide an indoor play experience that is enjoyable to both little ones and parents!

Also, about the name.. Miko is a combination of our two children’s names Mila and Niko who are our reason behind Miko’s Playhouse.
